If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, it is important to seek immediate help. Please reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or mental health professional as soon as possible. You can also call a suicide hotline or seek emergency medical attention. In the meantime, here are some suggestions to help manage negative thoughts:

Challenge negative thoughts: When negative thoughts arise, question their validity. Are they really true? Is there evidence to support them? Try to replace negative thoughts with more positive ones.

Practice self-care: Take care of your physical and emotional needs. Eat healthy, get enough sleep, and engage in activities that bring you joy.

Seek support: Talk to someone you trust, whether it’s a friend, family member, or mental health professional. It’s important to have a support system in place.

Stay active: Engage in physical activity, such as walking or running, to help improve your mood.

Remember, you are not alone, and there is help available. Don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance.
