Uttar Pradesh Board of Madarsa Education Chairman Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed Javed In Conversation with The Draft Editor, Gajanan Khergamker speaks about how Indian Muslims have, by and large, identified with the state of India and flays attempts by a handful of Madarsa clerics, hard-nosed fanatics, artists and film-makers.
They've caused immense damage by insulting Indian Gods and Goddesses in the name of Art even claiming to be fearful about living in India, and spreading bias, hatred and triggering generalised bias about the rest about the Muslim community which has strong Indian roots, since time immemorial and are known to love the nation.
